Paul has authored eight published books, including the 2020 nonfiction bestseller from Foundations (found on Amazon.com), "President Eisenhower's Close Encounters," also out on audio from tantor.com.  Plus he authored its 2023 Foundations nonfiction sequel, "The Nixon-Gleason Alien Encounter," also on Amazon & tantor.com. It is now optioned to become a future motion picture.  

Paul's newest book is due out Wednesday, July 8th, 2026, from Llewellyn Publishing: "The UFO Bombshell Before Roswell."  It's an updated nonfiction look at the April 1941 ET crash in his hometown of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. 

Paul was a four-year Mass Communications Major with an English minor from Southeast Missouri State University, in Cape Gir. MO.  He currently lives across the Show Me State.
